It won’t let me book anything, it’s worked fine up until this week

Booked a taxi last night from where I work for this morning. And the driver came but would not set off because he wanted money upfront. Never have I been asked to pay upfront before they always wait till I get home but driver insisted I pay now or get out of car and find another firm I will never use Cas cars again.

Booked a taxi through the week to be picked up in Leeds to be brought back to castleford at 11 30 pm for Saturday 21st of may We was told the price 15 minutes before we should have been picked up gets a phone call from Cas cars to say we needed to pay the fare before we was picked up so they were sending me a link to pay with credit card never received no link so couldn’t pay it After phoning Cas cars and telling them they eventually sent a taxi 45 minutes later Why when I booked the taxi through the week didn’t they ask me to pay the fare then which I would have done First time I have ever booked taxi in that way never again with Cas cars
