Doesn’t work, false info and doesn’t support NVC cases 👎
I’ve emailed with a video of the issue and still waiting for a response. Still doesn’t work after Oct.7 update.. Tried adding case, app just resets the fields and doesn’t add it, no error message! I tried again a few hours later, added a different case. The information is completely wrong! I look up the same case on USCIS website and this app is showing some random data not associated with this case. Eg it says “case was approve” in this app, but USCIS website says “we rejected your form”… And, this app does NOT work with NVC cases, so false advertising in App Store screenshots. Total junk. 👎👎👎😡
