The agent who helped me was very courteous and approachable.They’re strict when it comes to requirments,but very understood coz’ they’re only doing their job.I just wanna give a kuddos to this app esp. to JES(agent) who helped me.This is reliable loan app,legit and fast disbursement once completed all the reqmnts.I recommend this app.

I have been a loyal client of Cashmart for several years, but unfortunately, the service has deteriorated significantly over time. Recently, I settled my remaining balance (which had an excessively high interest rate) on the exact day it was due. Despite this, I continued to receive emails and text messages claiming that I owed additional payments and that penalties were accumulating. I have provided proof of payment multiple times, including screenshots, and the app clearly shows that my loan has been paid off. Yet, these unnecessary reminders persist. This ongoing issue feels like harassment and could be grounds for a formal complaint to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). I strongly urge Cashmart to address this immediately.

Auto reject just gets info

I was able to make a reloan from this app 2x already. Since i needed it. But the process was very hassle, you already sent in your documents and attachments during application then theyd require you to send another payslip for a reloan. Like, everytime you make a reloan 😂 and they would only offer 2 payments (bi week and would suggest its better (for them😅) that you loan a bigger amount. And once youre done with the loan theyd keep on sending you emails, and call you every hour and everyday just to offer another reloan. There are far better loan apps who would offer a high CL once u build your payment and credit history with them, and can offer legit installments with the right interests, like Bill Ease, Tala and Etomo.

I have already paid yet they keep sending messages as if I haven’t! Don’t you have a group chat?! Is your database manual?! AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THE AMOUNT HAD ALREADY BEEN POSTED WAS RECEIVED YET SEVERAL OF YOUR STAFF HAVE BEEN INCESSANTLY CALLING AND MESSAGING SINCE YESTERDAY!

Poor App performance

The process is very tedious to make sure that every details are correct and accurate which also helps the borrower to follow understand what they are signing for. Kudos Cashmart👏
