Avoid sending money through this app. I sent $500 and never received it, and there’s no one to talk to for support. The app is not functioning properly. Please use another way to send money

This is a literal life saver the way it had a smooth transfer directly to the recipient’s bank is amazing and flawless it didn’t even take a minute I highly recommend anyone who’s considering to use this app/gateway a huge applause to the developers!!

I tried sending money, and the first attempt was declined. When I tried again, it went through. However, after checking my account, I saw that the money was taken out twice. It’s been difficult to reach customer service.

Be cautious before using CashGo! As soon as you enter your card details, they might charge your account without your consent. When I reached out to their customer support for assistance, they simply directed me to Awash Bank or other banks for a refund, which was frustrating and unhelpful. It’s disappointing to experience such poor service. Think twice before trusting this app!

I tried to send money with this app they took $255 from my account they don’t deposit to beneficiaries I tried to contact them with their email they sent you same email for all questions I think it’s anonymous.

This app stole me money! They said transaction failed and one month later the transaction was complete but the money did not delivered to my client. THEY TOOK IT! I am trying to get connected to the app developers!

I just started using it today using small amounts they went through immediately for the next update the should in date and time in transaction summary for verification and reporting

I never wrote a review before, but this was a pure scamming app. Thankfully (ironically) I only lost $200. After processing the payment it will not give you a receipt nor an invoice, i wasn’t even be able to dispute it with my bank. The phone number there doesn’t work, tried emailing them it says “The inbox is full, email was not delivered.” Don’t be fooled like me, use other alternative.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this bank's app. I attempted to send money, but my transaction was declined, yet they still deducted more than the intended amount from my account. It's been a hassle trying to get my money refunded, and the customer service response has been lacking. I hope they improve their transaction processes and customer support in the future.
