CASIO WATCH+

I’ve had 2 Casio watches that use Bluetooth. Never again. I love the watch, but the app is complete garbage. Both watches work only occasionally and often fail to connect. Every time I go to a new time zone, it’s a struggle. I’m in Florida’s from Washington and my watch is worthless. Error every time I try to connect. It would be nice if there was at least a back up way to change time.

Just won’t connect to my watch, not even a little bit. Why though?? Fix your app plz

I will forever dislike this app. Every time I have used it it sets world time to the little world time dial on my Edifice EQB 500 and completely screws up my local time and date. I have to go back and manually correct it. I get how world time works and understand it’s the feature behind the connectivity, but for God sake, would it be so terrible to have an option to set my local time? It’s why I wear the watch, I’m not traveling around the world on a daily basis. I’ve deleted the app once again and I’ll be happy to use the watch the old fashioned way.

Updated iPhone X to most recent version, no more connect ability! Useless!

Why new version cant connect with eqb 500!!! Thats shame for edifice Casio.

App is unable to pair with iPhone. Have followed all instructions with no results. Shame since I bought the watch for Bluetooth.

After update to iPhone 11 Pro Max, this app can connect with my watch to see some data, but once hit “sync”, the app crashes. So I am not able to sync my setting to my watch, which made this app and my watch kind of useless. FIX IT.

I used this app with SHB-100SG Casio Sheen watch. Apart from the basic time setting functions and calibrations, it would have been much better should there be a battery indicator in percentage numbers, the number of days the watch can operate without further charging, current charging status and to be able to switch-off WATCH’s bluetooth from the app itself when exiting the app or when the watch’s bluetooth is no longer required (to save power).

I love my EDC - 500 and it Worked great with my iPhone X. I just Upgraded to the iPhone XS with IOS 12.2 and it won’t sync up which is really frustrating. I’m hoping that Casio updates the App to work with the iPhone XS with the current IOS.

The owners manual is awful no explanation what the button functions are. The website doesn't work it says access denied. There are no instructions online. You are in the business get with the program and fix the numerous problems
