System regularly matches players against others 2 , 3 and even 4 levels above you which does not allow you to advance based upon your skill.

Fun game - But no longer updated nothing new

It’s a fun game, match making can be off, but the problem really is they don’t update the game. Nothing has been done in 2 years outside of minor updates they have to do for new IOS updates. Even the videos icon on the Home Screen say 2 years ago.

Pay or don’t win

This game is clearly designed for you to lose. This is done intent so you have to spend money to keep winning. Every season is the same. The first few weeks you can’t win anything. The game puts you up against people who will beat you again and again. So you buy gems and whatever else to “catch up” to other players. You never catch up. It’s the same cycle over and over again. It’s a shame because the game could be fun. Good idea and good characters. Won’t get a dime from me

u can be playing and suddenly it won’t load a match for u and I paid money for this game and it just suddenly stops working please fix ur matches or I will be sueing for fraud. - Henry

Bad match making and cheating

So apparently they do nothing about cheaters. And have no way to report them. There are people who play cards that require 8-12 gems immediately. I have saved a playback of one example but there is no one to reach out to so I will say it here. There are.cheaters so just know that no matter your cars or strategy you will run into people you will lose to no matter what. Also even not a cheater you are bound to be put up against someone who outdoes you in card and castle level. The matching system is not fair at all.

Update killed the game

After the latest update to “improve” the game, now there is constantly a message saying “clan services are temporarily unavailable.” Since the game is mostly about the clans, basically what they’re saying is the game is unavailable until someone at the developer decides to pull their head out of their ___.
