Every time I try clear the cobwebs in the bedroom, the game freezes. Please fix this glitch so I can carry on playing

The game freezes
I can’t get past level 3 it crashes and freezes every time
Freezing constantly
Downloaded the app today. Really enjoying it so far, except every time I complete a task, the screen freezes and there are no options I can tap. When I restart the app, the previous task hadn't been completed, so I'm not making any progress.
Too many bugs
This game is great but unfortunately hardly works as often it stops glitches and the people just stand there and you can’t do anything....
Can be difficult
Very enjoyable. Some of the episodes are really difficult and takes ages if you don’t buy help.

Loving this game
I truly am loving this game but now it’s crashing. The main screen opens, says uploading, then as soon as the line completes, it crashes. Something’s wrong there. I’ve tried shutting all the apps on my iPad and rebooting but it’s still doing that. I received a response asking what phone I was using. It was on the iPad. I’ve since deleted the app, too much bother with it crashing and it also became totally impossible to beat without spending loads of rands on boosters etc. Retired person on a pension can’t spend money on extras for games when I spend perhaps 10-12 hours a day playing games to keep my brain stimulated, while I deplete my food budget. So I deleted the game.
Freezes lately after you pass a level
Been playing a LONG time and at a high level…over 2600. Always had trouble with friends, which I just ignored and played alone. However, now the game freezes after every level. I have to close out the app to move to the next level after I beat the last. I’m getting very frustrated and am almost ready to delete

My 2nd 6 month Update
It has now been a full year since my initial review stating that I had reached chapter 46 and no new tasks to complete. I was told then that the design team was working on new content. I was again told the same thing 6 months ago. When are there going to be new tasks?
