As a annual subscriber I expect the application to work more often than it does not. I keep getting errors every couple of weeks with a further few weeks / months before it is fixed and I’m able to use it. Today a AGE FILTER [WTH?!?] is on the application with no means to verify - pressing ‘OK’ does not help so here we are ONCE AGAIN without a working app! Your support email NEVER EVER RESPONDS - Anyone home?!

Never subscribe to this app, they don’t deliver their promises . I have even tried to contact the developer as well as apple store to get a refund to no avail.

Never had such an bad experience with AI

I love the app, but the support system is weak. I’ve had no response from support for over 2 weeks. But I’ve paid R1299 and can’t use the app anymore. I hope this can be solved fast

This is really a great app and the best ones ive tested. I started with the free version and upgraded to full annual subscription which states unlimited for the year. I received an error message today saying i exceeded my current quota and need to check my plan. Please advise.

App not working - gives error code (API). Deleted app. Downloaded again - ensuring I have the latest version. Still not working. No support. Emails go unanswered. Reported this app to Apple. This app also doesn’t qualify for refunds. Paid for a full year subscription- used app 1 month and now app doesn’t work. Scam!

I am a year subscriber. However in the past week the APP has been give an API error and the support team is not responding and can’t be contacted directly. Please fix this issue as we are not free users.

I bought this app thinking it was CHATgpt which was fine however it has not worked. I keep getting an API error. I would please either like a refund or assistance.

I was charged a full year’s subscription after selecting the 3 day trial(R1299 per year) only yearly subscription is available. I emailed them a few days later after seeing the charge and I’ve still not heard anything back regarding a refund. I requested a refund on Apple Support and was immediately refunded less than 24 hours later.

I sent email and no respond. This is disappointing as I paid premium opt. I will jot be renewing because of bad service
