The Cat® SIS2GO app helps you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair your Cat equipment.
Two levels of SIS2GO access are available:
• Cat Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Parts Manuals, and the ability to identify, verify and seamlessly order Cat parts from independent Cat dealers are available to all users at no charge.
• An affordable monthly or annual subscription (offered by Caterpillar) gives access to comprehensive Cat Service Manual information. The subscription provides troubleshooting guides, step-by-step repair procedures, tooling information, hydraulic and electrical schematics, and more. Access to service manual information in SIS2GO is included with a SIS 2.0 subscription (offered by Cat dealers).
Optimized for mobile devices, SIS2GO offers a simple, intuitive, and efficient user interface to access Service, Parts, and Operation and Maintenance Manual information. SIS2GO downloaded content is accessible whether you’re connected or not, so you can rely on SIS2GO even when working on the most remote job site.
And for any purchases, following is the terms
Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at-least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.

Stuck on log in screen, have had this issue before, reinstalled and fixed it but had to re-download all manuals again

I downloaded the app with the intention to use while i am out on site away from the workshop but it seems very hit and miss even when trying to open the app. Sometimes it wont load in at all to the home page and eventually give on with it, other times it wont download the machines i want or for some unknown reason it wont let me access current downloaded machines. loading into the app is a big killer for me with it being the most inconsistent and not allowing me to use the app even with a good internet connection. Major let down The app needs to be polished as it is definitely incomplete.

CAT really needs to go through each machine on sis2go For example you could be looking through brake system and the document even says something like service brake line gp but it’s clearly something random like a seat. Things are so mixed up, there are so many important service manuals missing and it doesn’t have every parts document like the normal computer version does. Can really let you down sometimes and have to come back to the shop to use normal SIS anyway.

App won’t load.

App worked perfectly before the serial number requirement was added, can’t get it to work at all and view machine information off line. Is there a way to fix this?

I love this app as a dealer technician. I keep having problems downloading the OHT FDB serial number if you could contact me I will give further details. Overall great app.

Won’t load and crashes

Updated the app because I had to update my phone and now whenever I open the app it tries to load , but is stuck on a black screen with the SIS2GO logo and that’s it. Sometimes it will stay like that for a few minutes and then crash. Not able to look up parts and order them from the job site anymore.
