The new version is not working what is wrong with the app.

I have been using this App for quite some time and now because I changed my phone, like the other person who commented, it doesn’t work. Unlike the other person, I went to the bank in person and one of your staff tried a lot to assist me, called someone else for help but she couldn’t fix the problem. 😁😁😁 All nicknames are taken? Unbelievable!
Terrible app
Can’t get it to work no matter how many times I call 951! They simply don’t know how to fix an issue. Just because I changed a phone!! Terrible app and support!!!
Worst App
Compare to other Apps I am using, I found this App to be the worst including. The 951 online support team are not well trained at all. Very disappointed!!!!
