This is by far the worst app in Kuwait👁👃👁 It took me forever to get online transfer service activated. And these online agents did not activate full online payment service. Must I say marvelous! Bunch of lazy people know nothing about their job

The worst bank when it comes to service, hospitality and procedures. The call center works on a call-back kinda scheme which doesn’t make sense. When a customer needs you guys are not available for help while they (customer support) can call back the customers at their own convenience. What a pathetic structure. The emergency line is good for nothing. There is no supervisor or manager available at all. The bank accounts get ceased without prior information while it contains customers money. The staff itself at your branches are frustrated with the work flow and speak rubbish about the policies and procedures of the bank. Best is to get rid of the account and never look at it again.

البنك التجاري يتبرع للدوله حق دروازة عبدالرازق شكرا بس ليش ما تبرعون حق نفسكم ، للاسف تطبيق البنك فاشل و شكله جدا قديم و كروت البنكيه شكله صار قديم . نبي تطبيق جديد iOS app نبي كروت بنكيه جديده. نبي موقع جديد للبنك web هل عندكم الإدارة العاليه عندكم تستخدم تطبيق البنك التجاريه . بلغوهم نبي نفس تطبيق البنك الوطني اكيد يعرفونه 💯

نتمنى اضافة ميزة اخفاء الرصيد كما هى موجودة فى البنوك الأخرى

بنك سيء جدا بالتعامل يجبروك على شي ما تبيه علشان يقصون منكم فلوس زياده أتوقع أرباح البنك بالتحايل موطبيعيه اكيد صاعده فوق حنا بأخر الزمن الله المستعان

Horrible app with many bugs that cost me and other money

It’s still too slow

Very bad experience now I can’t long new app

An ugly app. Not user friendly. It’s time to get a new app all together, like NBK and GBK!!
