The CBP GO app serves as a single portal to a variety of CBP services allowing users to be quickly and conveniently directed to the features they need by answering a series of guided questions.
CBP GO currently has two features available, with more features being rolled out over the next year.
· The Inspection Appointment request feature allows brokers/carriers/forwarders to use their mobile device to request an inspection for perishable cargo entering the U.S. They will also be able to receive real-time status updates regarding their appointment requests, or chat with a CBP Agriculture Specialist if additional information is needed from them.
· The I-94 feature allows travelers to apply and pay for their I-94 up to seven days prior to their arrival in the U.S. at a Port of Entry (POE). CBP GO also provides access to a digital copy of their I-94 and up to 5 years of travel history. The I-94 feature is a mobile version of the I-94 application process and information that can also be found on the I-94 website at https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home.
Features rolled out over the next year will benefit Small Vessel Operators, Bus Operators, Aircraft Operators, Seaplane Pilots, commercial truck drivers and Commercial Vessel Operators.
CBP GO I-94 is available nationwide. However, the ability to make appointments for perishable cargo is available at participating Ports of Entry (POE) only, please contact your POE for more information.

I recommend CBP ONE app because is a safe app you can enter to the USA por any of the port of entry, I asked for my appointment and I am sure that is gonna be accepted!!!.
Inútil el permiso i94
Tramité y pagué en la app el permiso y todo para que en la garita me tuviera que formarme otras 2 horas porque la app solo es prepago
What is the benefit?
The app hangs, and even if you can pay on the website, you still have to stand on line to get your biometrics taken.

Buenas tardes , somos una familia de seis personas la cual tenemos 11 meses en México Esperando la cita, este es mi tercer registro somos 18400 y no hemos salido ni por la cronología somos personas antiguas con 7 meses y 26 días y el sistema, sólo arroja registros nuevos mis hijos no están estudiando y aquí es muy peligroso, la cual no se consigue trabajo necesitamos por favor que agilicen el proceso de los antiguos para que podamos salir en la cita por cronología espero que la nueva actualización sea para el bien de los registros antiguos🙏🏻😭😭 porfavor vean mi mensaje que ya estamos desesperados gracias CBP One

La aplicación esta con graves errores NO vale
La aplicion tiene varios errores no permite programar la cita. Se cuelga no reconoce el rostro después si reconoce. Y no deja avanzar no sirve
