Why require a password for transfers?
Requiring a password to complete an internal transfer when I’m already logged in is silly. Doing it on the website doesn’t require one, why does the app?

I have 4 banks and this is the best, most complete, best user friendly banking app on the market.
Not a fan of the remote deposit part it seems like I never can get it to deposit it correctly. Probably operator error.
Most recent update will not even load the splash screen. Have not been able to access mobile banking for over a week now.

The app continually says”The Mobile Banking application is experiencing issues. Please ensure you have the latest version”. I would hope that when I open it from the App Store, it’s the latest version. I can only use it 50% of the time.
Tired of transactions being declined when there is enough money in my account. This has happened on several occasions lately.
I have a horrible time using the mobile app! Several times it would not even open to let me use my finger print or user name and password. I love the people that work at my branch; but the app leaves a lot to be desired.
Get the CB&S app fix now be the last time I will do a update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
