I am unable to register myself everytime I try to click on register now, the app crashes. Its annoying

Now it remembers my login details and I can login with Face ID after logout

The new update of the app have good app experience which lets to store the member id when logout. Nicely encrypted with only last 3 digits of my member Id displayed. The devs have incorporated all three authentication which makes the app little special to check my super details. Can’t ask for more for a super app !

The app is mostly good. The painful part is the inability to be able to see the transaction details properly.

Been reported by many since launch of the new app

Can’t log in without resetting the password.

Since the update I am unable to logging using a pin code, fingerprint scan or Face ID. Instead I need to enter my membership details and password every time. It very frustrating and not user friendly. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Can’t access app from membership screen, I tap next and it won’t let me enter my membership number.

I can get in from the activation email but from the app says I do not have an account even after resetting password as asked several times now locked out ..!!

Trick to this app, is to NOT logout after you’ve finished, unlike a regular banking app where you ARE required to logout. At least that’s the case on my model iPhone. I found that if I logout, the next time I try to login, I need to setup passcode and touchID all over again. Simplest solution is to just close the app when you’re finished.
