Review of app
Unable to book class via the ad op and pay using my credit card - this has been happening all week . No good if I want to book a class which fills up quickly

Brilliant app & great information
I’ve had to change my password three times already and still haven’t got a class booked. After I login, if I leave the app and try to login again it says “Service Authentication Failed” and asks me to try again later, it’s been two days an I’m still trying to login. The only way this seems to get sorted is to reset your password an start again. Good for showing Information for class an gym time’s but if you can’t book through the app what’s the point?
Able to reserve Aquafit initially but functionality unavailable to complete payment. Blank space in the field for card details with no access to keyboard and unable to add card in the field below which went to a blank screen. Spoke to the receptionist at the time of booking who advised she could see the reservation and to pay on the day but when I went back into the app later in the day the reservation had disappeared.
The app is not very good at all. The app won’t let me book classes. The app is fine as a reference with the information on classes and swim times but it won’t allow the user to book classes. When trying to book the notice ‘Not booked. Your account is not active. Unable to continue’ text comes up and stays there. The leisure centre advice is to ring in and book a class on the phone which kinda defeats the object of the app in the first place.
