Put the emailed verification number in to sign up. Tells me it’s the incorrect number. Tried again with a different code. Told me the same thing.

I hate when I look up condensers units there’s no pricing all of sudden. At least when it said 9,9999 I knew I couldn’t get ahold of it. We’ve done 10 installs this month and I’ve been outsourcing equipment from other distributors because of legacy Bryant pricing on 5 to. Heat pump 7500 for a condenser. I’m trying my hardest to want to become dealer but I think it’s not in my better interest as a company owner to promote your product anymore. Not only picked up equipment yesterday. Took them 40 minutes to bring it to the truck. I was the only guy waiting in line for equipment at the time. I’ve always been a fan of Bryant /carrier but I’m changing my mindset lately. Don’t get me wrong getting quotes and availability on certain products has slightly gotten better.

I can pull model numbers or specs when searching for equipment .

It keeps telling me to link my account to see prices. My account is linked. Please fix.

Literally same design as gem air app for rheem you can scan equipment on the gem air app but not the carrier app, even doe it has the feature. You’ll b signed in and won’t show pricing, says contact branch. Have to sign up and in multiple times to get it to work again. I’m fed up with this app
