Celayix Team Xpress

I’ve downloaded, erased, downloaded again, erased again over and over. You get my drift. It doesn’t allow me to do anything, not even allowing me to correct my profile. I have no idea who to contact. I can’t schedule a shift for me and I can’t even see an open shift. If anyone can reach out and help or tell me who to email or call I’d give them $10 bucks.

My company for some reason switched to this idiotic app. The app constantly lags, crashes, and many coworkers have had instances of not being able to clock in despite being on time and inside the “geofence”. Please just remove this garbage app so something better can replace it.

If I could rate it in the negatives I would ! I don’t see any shifts on my app, I don’t see where I’m able to bid for them either .. had to leave the company because of an app malfunction. Do better

Hilarious watching the developer respond to reviews over a year ago saying relogin issues were fixed, after the app kicked me out twice today. Just another half hearted poorly developed cash grab to sell to micromanaging companies. If you’re a company thinking about switching to this abomination, just know that you will be doubling your workload once all your employees call you non stop about issues they are having.

Very annoying because the app keeps logging me out and I have to enter my user credentials every time.

Worst clock in app of all time !!! Avoid at all costs. Must be paying companies put in use.

I wish my company never switched to this app, ive worked in my company for 5 years and have never had problems with other apps until they switched to this one

Been using this app for clocking in and out for years I'm having the same glitches and bugs for way to long now either it says I'm not at the right location even though I’m standing in the middle of the property. Or it says I clocked in and then I get a call from a supervisor saying I didn’t. When I call dispatch they are just not surprised at this point they know this app has issues. I hope what ever job I have in the future doesn’t use this god awful app. There’s even more glitches and bugs to speak of but at this point I don’t expect them to get fixed so I feel like it’s useless to talk about it any further. The weird part is it does say it’s being updated regularly but I'm not seeing any differences in glitches or bugs or performance. So I’ve lost hope for it.

I recently upgrade my IPhone to IOS16 and am not able to confirm my shift schedule. I called my Employer and they told me to delete the Team Xpress app and download the app again. Still not able to confirm my work schedule.🥴
