It was my first time. Traveled with a friend. We had fun but it was a bummer hearing about our single friends experience. Nothing done to help her meet people. She was seated by herself and forced to stay on a singles floor with teeny cabins. They wouldn’t do anything for her.

I made was great at dinner service along with Nino, Tito and Yun Cafe El Bacio was always fun. Jayne is the best, Orlinda, Henri & Yun are exceptional at their jobs. Very kind and wonderful people. Kamar always made sure our room was the cleanest it could be. He is also very kind. Jamil from Future Cruises was more than fabulous. We booked another cruise he was so wonderful. Loraine from customer service was top notch and very kind. Your people make the company and they are great representatives of your brand.

We loved our cruise. We felt so special and spoiled and well taken care of. It was a delight.

Its was beyond expectations! Just like the name

what was called New York Steak was a quarter inch slice of beef. Gumbo was a poor imitation of the real thing. it was a cup of soup not Gumbo. Mashed Potatoes tasted like instant packaged potatoes. Wine on the menu was grocery store wine from the US. On lobster night 1 small tail was served and there was a charge if you wanted another. Breakfast was standard fare buffet food but serviceable. LePetite Chef was however very good. Felt like we were nickel and dimed to death. We witnessed on several employees on different occasions being scolded by their manager. Unacceptable! Rust in the shower and ship not a luxury ship as advertised.
