Loved the app on my IPhone & IPad until few days ago. It says that we are using and older version n please down load the new one. Yet there is no update So nothing works.

Loved the app on my IPhone & IPad until few days ago. It says that we are using and older version n please down load the new one. Yet there is no update So nothing works.
When you go to open app, it takes you to a screen that says you are not using latest version. When you click to update it goes back to previous screen. So app is just looping. Definitely, needs fixing, so you can download app.
App is out of date and won’t open
Screen goes to white after 30 seconds. It doesn’t matter if you are on board or planning. My guess is that the app needs to update as to IOS version. Cruise is nice so far. Surprisingly good food and rooms and drinks. Though book excursions at your own risk - they are spotty as to quality.
App never opens. Just spins. Whether it’s a month before the cruise of while on the cruise.
I can't get past the second page where it states they are going to ask you a few questions. That print covers the entire screen and there's no way to get out of it. Completely unusable
Using an iPhone the app loads then says we want to ask you three questions but never progresses from that point. Delete, reload, delete, reload. I can only hope the cruise goes better.
No option for forgot password. Crashes constantly. Tried deleting and readding—no better. Website is not user friendly. Hopeful for improvement. But I’m surprised this poor quality is possible for the technology age we live in.
Some of the pages have never been given context - they still have the default Latin text. It barely does anything as an app. Maybe more will be available when on board?
I have booked a cruise for September and wanted to see what the app offers. After I put in my booking information I only see a white screen. I tried deleting and re installing but as soon as I open the app it tries to log me in which leads to the white screen. Looks like credentials are not removed on deleting the app. So far I have only put in the deposit and am part of a group. I wonder if that makes a difference.
