Very poor performance , buggy , takes hours to load one page.

The new version of the app looks great but is sluggish and errors out on sign in. Not a great app to work with

I can’t buy voice bundles with airtime anymore

The bill section that shows you what you owe, you can hardly see it on the black background. The font is too light. Can’t see!!!

Please just spend the money and update this app to actually work like it should. It always gets stuck and it’s slow and I have to abandon and go find a different way to access information or buy data etc.

By far the worst app I’ve encountered. Its NOT user friendly! I was told to change my personal details on the app, when I try to update it keeps saying all fields must be filled yet everything is completed? Zero error handling to indicate which field is not correct. Please take note on how a customer friend app should look/function from the red competitor!

App can’t accept OTP when trying to reset password - bottom of app stalls with white screen and no go forward option - iPhone XR
