Schedule top up feature is helpful to keep my plan active and not having to remember to top up or getting disconnected.

The internet connection has been the fastest since I first used you service. However, after an update a few days ago, the internet connection has been going crazy ever since. I would be logged off from apps, or lost the service several times in just a day. Please fix the problem with your internet connection, because it’s as slow as a turtle!

After top up I cannot change to another Cellcard plan it suddenly renew my old plan.

I tried to open the app so many times, but it doesn’t work. I deleted the application and re-download it. When I need to confirm the number, after the code message confirmation, there is only bouton to change the number.

95% of the time, the app doesn't even open over the last 8+ months. Have tried using the app on the newest iPhones and iPads with the latest updates. Something seems to flicker after the splash screen, but then it's right back to the logo splash and it just stays there. The leadership, product, dev and QA teams should be embarrassed and overhauled for releasing such trash.
