The response is a little bit slow other than that it’s a great app to use

Why did my funds disappeared? Who had access to my wallet from your team? These are some of the ?’s I asked and no response so far. Why were my funds not secure thru app? CentBee failed to protect my funds and now I have lost with no help on their end. I will follow up with whatever resources and actions I may need to hold CentBee accountable for this. Update: After experiencing a very scary moment for anyone that sees there account go to ZERO, they were able to fix whatever issue they were having on their end. Not fun and def not feeling safe storing anything in this wallet anymore.

I got a new phone, put in my recovery passphrase, but the app is stuck on “setting up my wallet” It’s been two weeks :(

the app seems to only work when it wants to - not sure why my own wallet won’t let me send a transaction.
