Center Health—The Diabetes App

I signed up for a trial to test out their integration with my CGM—Freestyle Libre. Each email to help took 2 days for a response. And the issue wasn’t resolved before the end of my 7 day trial. Since I couldn’t connect my CGM, I decided to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial. I’ve tried to cancel twice now, and it still hadn’t gone through. They require a message through their help section to cancel. This is against the FTC’s new click to cancel law. If you choose to do a trial and decide to cancel, take a screenshot of the message you have to send through their help section. You’ll need it to dispute charges on your method of payment.

The integration with my glucose monitor sensor is seamless, and the app even works with affordable test strips that they responsibly send me every month. The AI assistant is incredible—it speaks to me and warns me if my levels are too high, helping me take immediate action to stay healthy. The user-friendly interface makes tracking my glucose levels easy, and the insights it provides have genuinely improved my daily routines. On top of all this, customer service is top-notch. Every time I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick to respond and so friendly. It’s clear they care about their users. This app is worth every penny and has become an essential part of my health journey. Highly recommended for anyone managing their glucose levels!

Love the convenience of just using my phone to get the readings. The website/subscription is easy to use and the customer service is great. I’ve tried different brands, makes and models of diabetes readers but this unit is by far better to use.

I’ve been using for @ 3 years. It is easy to use, and seems very accurate. Had some performance glitches of late, but customer service reacted quickly, and my problem appears resolved. It’s a good low cost testing solution.

Garbage company. Horrible customer service. Terrible policies. I purchased a membership. Got my first two shipments alright. Paid for the month ($225) for September 2024. USPS shows delivered to my mailbox, but it wasn’t. Never received my shipment that I paid for. Emailed Center Health. Was told that their policy is if it shows delivered by USPS that they won’t send me replacement sensors. That I can pay them another $225 and they’ll send out a replacement. This is their policy??!! 😡😡 So basically what I’m being told is that their policy as a company is to take your money, and if you don’t get the product they could care less. Yikes. I would avoid this company at all cost. Unbelievable. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

They send me the items I ask for right away and every month they make sure my Test Strips are at my door on time which is a very big deal to me being a Type 1 Diabetic. If and when I ask for extra Test Strips they make sure I have more quickly. I recommend Center Health to everybody! You will not be disappointed.

I’m so glad I found this app, so easy to use. Helps me monitor my blood sugar and I can also my meal, my medication. It’s really been so helpful.

I have been using this tester for many years and I really like how convenient and accurate it is. I like how I can keep track and share it with my doctor easily. Customer service is very helpful as well!!!
