Despite pointing my location on map (don't know house numbers here) and adding a note where I'm exactly, driver got completely different address and after my call he just cancelled my ride because I wasn't waiting on location he got.
Always used em car 27 was my fave mate 30 years +
I booked a taxi which was estimated to cost £11.80, actually charged my card £30 and when I rang to enquire apparently this is the fixed fee for airport drop off. But there is no mention of this when booking on the app, so watch out for hidden fees and paying nearly 3x more than you expect!

Worst company going used to be good now don’t even get a taxi it shocking want to be ashamed to call there self taxi company past few times ordered waited over 40 minutes which in at busy times to have no taxi turn up
I’ve used central cars for a number of years now and have always preferred over other taxi firms, but recently they have started taking a holding charge for no apparent reason to my knowledge. Plus another £10 has been taken from my account the same day with the same reference number. FOR A £5 TAXI IT COST £25!!!
I’ve used this app for years without any problem, but now it wants me to login and enter my number so it can send a code. It starts the number for you with +44 so when I drop the zero to the correct format and hit send the app adds the dropped zero back to the number and then returns an error.
You can’t add card details and won’t verify my phone number. So, unable to use the app..
