Really good customer service from both base and driver. Always reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Whoever developed this app isn’t a person who books cabs in advance. There’s a crucial bit of information missing when booking. The pickup time isn’t shown on the booking confirmation

I forgot to mention that the driver didn’t wear a mask and doesn’t have a partition in his car. He didn’t mind that I had a little baby with me but left me in the cold. The worst experience out of them all

Can't log in, app won't send password reset. Deleting.

IThe app updated and logged me out. It now won't recognise the password I know I used. I have clicked on the reset password link but the e-mail never comes through. It also won't allow me to reregister.

Seems like a real good app but white text on a yellow background? Can't read anything on screen unless I tilt my phone a certain way. Let's hope this gets read and rectified! 5 stars if it does 👍
