แสกนแล้วเรียบร้อยมีแจ้งเตือนพอจะออกบัตรจอดหายจากระบบ แสกนใหม่ก็ไม่ได้ ระบบerror ต้องมาจ่ายค่าอดรถ240 บาทมันใช่มั๊ย

ให้เพิ่มรถ ได้หลายๆคันหน่อยได้มั้ย

Still processing เป็นครึ่งชั่วโมง จากที่รีบ กลายเป็นต้องเดินลงรถกลับเข้าห้างมาเพื่อเสียเวลาหาเคาเตอร์สแกนอีก กรุณาพัฒนาและแก้ไขใหัดีก่อนที่จะ launch แค่ทำแอปแยกออกมาอีกตัวก็ไม่ practical แล้ว กลับใช้การได้ไม่เต็มประสิทธิภาพอีก หวังว่าจะมีการแก้ไขอย่างเร่งด่วน

เห็นบอกว่าแสกนใบเสร็จจอดรถได้เองเลยโหลดมา พอเอามาใช้งานปรากฎว่าพอแสกนเสร็จบอกให้รอ 30 นาที คือจะกลับบ้านแล้วต้องมารออีกหรอ คนทำแอพคิดได้ไง process แบบนี้ เดินไปแสกนที่เคาน์เตอร์เองไม่เกิน 5 นาที ไม่น่าเอาฟังก์ชันแบบนี้มาเป็นตัวชูโรงเพื่อเพิ่มยอดดาวน์โหลดเลว แย่มากๆ

ไม่เสถียรแสกนตั้งแต่ลูกไม่ปวดขี้จนลูกขี้เสร็จก็ยังไม่ติดสุดท้ายเดินไปให้พนง.ปั๊มบัตรจบสุด

From the product point of view I find central x app I think the experience is confusing in general. It is hard to navigate everything around at the first glance. But what really turned me off is the parking redemptions feature or scan as defined in the app. I was trying to logged my parents parking ticket and trying to log my shopping receipts. It is quite a turn off for me that I have to give out the location because I don’t like to do so unnecessarily. But even so even if I gave in I couldn’t get pass the location service bit, I have my location open but it doesn’t gave the permission to use it in the app. Worse it doesn’t show up for me to give permission to the app. This is absurd that I cannot use the feature. I went back to do the parking slots redemption manually at the counter anyway. Wasted 15 mins without anything solid. I think this is very crazy - what’s worse the receipt already says central x branch for every shop Thai or English. I don’t know why I need to turn on location it doesn’t make sense. Please do something. Definitely one star from me.

แสกนไปเป็นชั่วโมงบอกใบเสร็จรอตรวจสอบสรุปไปให้ รปภ แสกนให้ เสียเวลาเพื่อ???? ช่วยไปพัฒนาแอปให้มันดีก่อนที่จะออกมาใช้ก่อนไหมแย่มากพนักงานแสกนบัตรพูดจาก็แย่คิดว่าอยากจะไปสแตมป์ที่เค้าเตอร์นักหรอ ถ้าแอปคุณมันดี
