What is the point of being able to download an older version of the app if you need to update to the current one to use it to “stay safe and secure” I am no longer able to deposit my checks or use the app at all because my phone physically cannot update to the required IOS, and nothing was changed about the app aside from minor things. The one reason I used the app was for ease of depositing checks- this is a horrible update.

The Central National Bank app isn’t working for me yesterday or today. So, I deleted it today and reinstalled it. Still isn’t working.

This app falls way short of other banking apps. For starters, it will not save your user ID. Which doesn’t exactly make you feel like a welcome customer! Next, there us no option to show your password. Make a mistake, and you get to guess what it was. Try to schedule a payment, the only apparent option is Today! You have to dig to figure out a future payment date. These are just a few. Central Bank could do much better!

My CNB account was started in 1975 when I moved to Kansas. They have supported me in car loans, real estate loans, and every other banking need for 47 years Would never bank anywhere else.

No longer get texts with balance. Would like to see pending deposits as well.

Would love to have the texting messages daily return!!!

With the recent”upgrade “ nothing much works better. First off I was told I didn’t know my password. When in fact it was the recent upgrade that wouldn’t let me use my password. Then this morning I made a mobile check deposit and the back photo I saw was fine but the photo that you show me you received was all wavy and cut up. Also I like the old format a lot better maybe simply because I was used to it and now I have to get used to a new format.
