This is very bad customer service..u cannot reach them if u need to know your order..its keep on telling to track your delivery in the history..nobody wants to help u after u place an order..better to avoid order online here if u dont like headache
They said the courrier will pick up my refund 3-5 days. I waited for a week and it got automatically cancelled by itself. It says that I cancelled it. Well, nope. I only opened my shukran to buy in the personal centerpoint in DCC. Then my previous request pick up refund got cancelled. Now your agent wants me again to wait 3-5 days. Please fix it. When it comes to delivering items and getting money, you’re fast. But when it comes changing or refunding, too many excuses.

The picture of the item on the App looked normal size when I received it, it’s smaller than a wallet!!! The other bag was damaged. The shoes was horrible quality. First and last time shopping with This app!!!

First of all the app is great and has a lot of promotions offered. Bur overall, buying an apparel in this online platform is my worst experience ever. I purchased an apparel that i am not satisfied when i received it. I request a return right after I got it. The collection of the item took ages that even my continuous follow up, no actions was taken from their side. Worst they dont mind contacting you about the status and will respond to your follow ups saying they are trying to sort it asap but surely no action will be taken. Just a piece of advise, beware and be mindful when purchasing apparel into this online shop. I suggest you go to the store and buy it so u can return it quickly unlike buying in this online shop that dont seem to care about consumer experience. Worst online shop ever and will not recommend with my friends to buy in this app. Will definitely delete this app once my problem is sorted out…

Log in and cannot find the order history which I don’t understand as it was updated yesterday . Issue with application and issue with the online ordering as well too bad I ordered already and facing issues. And lastly, when we paid through debit card. They refund as voucher in the store not even informing to use it one time to find out the remaining amount cannot be use. This can be complained as they are tricking their customers.
Fast Delivery and great products,convenient for shopping online and sales on products. Product Catalogue is cool.
