Poor system feedback during sign in process
It was my first time riding Smart Selangor Bus and i didn’t know i had to use an app to scan qr code. I just download it and the whole process was rushed bcs the next station was shortly after my boarding. The issue started when i (mistakenly) filled up my email with wrong spelling but the system didnt detect it. The system didnt reject the email. I didn’t realise since i was rushed. I clicked“Register” and no verification code was sent to my email. Only then i realised my email was not spelled correctly. I fixed the spelling and try again but the system says “MyKad has been registered”. I would not use passport number instead. Because, i saw a review (from someonethatneeded) said he/she being charged rm90 bcs the system detected he/she as a foreigner. Thats a lot of money. Please fix your system feedback for error information. I think its a basic feature in any signup process.
