Finally, an app that’s easy to navigate! The standard and restaurant modes make it easier to adapt to different environments.
I was able to figure out how to use the app within minutes. Switching between modes is seamless, and the restaurant mode is a lifesaver for family dinners. The FAQ section is also a nice touch
I love how simple and easy this app is to use. Adjusting the volume for each ear separately is a game changer. Restaurant mode really helps me hear conversations better when I’m out. Highly recommend it
Simple, effective, and ease of use. I like the subtle noise it gives to change the volume and programs. Not need for a bluetooth connection.
It’s user-friendly, with a clean and intuitive interface that makes adjusting setting very easy.
This app is so bad The most minimal possible development and graphics. For a company with the technology they put into their product it is almost offensive to have an app that is so poorly designed and developed. The primary function would be to manage volume - that interface is terrible. If I could give negative reviews I would. It connects fine but there is no managing sound. If you click on the “-“ a pop up displays for you to agree to increase the volume. The pop up always shows 60%. Agree to that then proceed to the “-“ again and it makes a loud noise then reduces by one click. Press a second time and the pop up again…what is the value/purpose of that? It should be easy to adjust volume up and down with say…one of those new-fangled things..a slider! Or numbers to show what number volume you are on. You have no way to see what the current volume is without the above process and even that isn’t clear. Hoping to return these as I’ve only had them about a week. I need to be able to use an app to actually manage them, this does not provide that functionality. It would be great to be able to save your preferred volume for places - then you select that when you go to say - a restaurant, a church service, office, store, etc. Not rocket science, just consumer friendly interface. This was designed for the product testers, not end users.
I tried every way to get the hearing aids to pair with my iPhone 13. No such luck. Without the app, I can’t change the volume or settings. I will have to return them.
I have iOS phone I can’t pair them and left ear buzzes no matter what I try as instructed.
