We were sold on what was supposed to be a great program. Too many headaches! Support is terrible, customer service support is sub-par at best. You ask to be pushed up the chain to a VP or above and your requests are ignored or rejected. Time to find a new supplier for my company!

I made sure my dollar about was in CAD and clicked save, however, the expense report shows in USD. Please fix this bug. Thank you

Slow entry getting used to app auto fill will have to keep receipts pristine condition

This should be as easy as take a picture and explain what it’s for and be done. But no. It’s not that way.

Find the Auto-fill option to be excruciatingly inconsistent and error ridden. It enters incorrect date, currency and location information, and performs tax calculations erratically and incorrectly. Auto-fill actually makes for more work due to the level of error-checking and correction required when using it. Honestly? It’s a garbage app.

It’s not worth it at all , it lags . Used Concur for 5 years very smooth but this has to be super cheap In order for my company to get this . Garbage !!

By far, one of the best, and most intuitive tools that I use for work..

I’ve worked at a couple of large corporations and always dreaded expense time. This was because it took so long. This app is fantastic. Only down side is if you have a bill with more than one page to upload as a receipt. Would fully recommend

We use several different apps within our organization, and for me - Certify mobile is probably the easiest. It’s functionality for real time receipts, and ability to process reports on the fly means you never have to miss an expense report, you can stay on top of your reconcilables each month. Thank you for taking the guess work of one of the most tedious administrative tasks in office work.

I use the mobile app and findv ur handy not to carry loads of receipts. Recently though, using the app and taking photos of the receipts, they don't make it to or sync with web login. Expenses are there but no receipts. Please fix asap.
