Able to do everything I need on this app, wonderful to looks at everything in one concise page

This app takes forever to open, almost like it’s using so much pure effort with so much heavy, heavy lifting with tons of data, that it just plainly takes over 5 minutes to open - IF IT DOES NOT TIME OUT OR NOT LOAD AT ALL.

Whoever the developer is, they can’t keep up. My app stopped working weeks ago and the case is still open. When it did work, paying a fee for mobile deposits is a bit of an insult.

I never leave reviews but this app is an absolute joke. It’s terrible! It works maybe, maybe 1% of the time the rest of the time it gives the message “application error”. Not to mention the last update was 2 years ago…Seriously considering leaving this bank not just due to the fact the app never works but they also charge .75 cents every mobile deposit..just a lot of little things making it not worth banking with citizens first bank.

Thankful to have this app! I can manage my checking and savings account from afar. I love my hometown bank, and this app has allowed me to keep my money there where I know it is in good hands!
