CFC Mobile Access

I can not make a debt card it keeps wanting routing and account then it takes days for it to take it! My bank kicks it back everytime! Then I’m charged a late fee call the card services number and it wants the same thing! Please add a debt option. Trying to pay a bill should not be this hard! Geesh.. I hate this card and still you reply and it’s still not a debt card transaction my bank said it is like a check and they do not do checks with a mobile bank! Allow debt card or bank drafts I have it down loaded and still asking for banking and routing not my debt card information! I hate this card with a passion

Payments made via the app are a crapshoot and what works one time may not work the next time even though it says it does. If you want the card don’t use the app.

Worst app ever won’t show you if your payment go through or not every transaction is always pending and they won’t even charge it back in done with them.

The worst payment app ever. It’s like the operators of the app and the bank don’t communicate. Had so many problems with payment received but but never debited from my account or payment debited but they said they never received it. To the point they cancel my account because they said they never received payment. Had to fight with them to correct but your dealing with call center in India and the bank being in the US. Still waiting if there’s going to be any impact on my credit report. If there is , more headaches. My advice is to NOT get the card even less the app.

App not website is working. I’ve been trying to access my account online or the app. Was not successful doing so. Need to fix so consumers can properly manage/pay their accounts.
