It used to be so good I could access everything I needed too the recent update ruined the app please fix this I’m all ready thinking about switching banks ! Doesn’t even show I have a debit card etc idk if my account is glitched or what!

Take a long to sign in to account

I overall like the changes to the app found it easier to do a lot things. I only wish that there was a way to simply skip 1 payment on a loan ( especially if you are ahead on your payment), Without having to shut off your autopay. I needed that payment money for Christmas. Had to shut my auto pay off completely. Then go back to the credit union to have a teller turn it back on. Might be nice to also make a way to turn auto pay on, since you can shut it off. Better than all the rest

The “new update” App might look visually better to some people but the ease of use and functionality have gotten much worse. Apparently whomever designed this new app didn’t take users’ input and opinion prior to finalizing the design. Don’t like it at all. Hard to find account and other info that were much easier to find in the previous version.

It’s never been less intuitive than it is now. Also much of your info isn’t there all the time you have to click through menus to find things you never had to before. And the worst is the mobile deposit, went from super easy to super frustrating. Do better CFCU.

With the latest app release, I really dislike the new spending analysis feature. The one from before was so much easier to categorize items, and navigate between categories. Now if I select one category to view, I can’t go back to the other categories, it takes me all the way back to the home page where I have to scroll down and select the spending analysis again. It’s also frustrating and time consuming to select a new category because I can’t type the name in, I have to scroll through the whole list. The functionality is more limited than before. I also don’t see the capability to categorize all purchases with the same name at one time, which was really helpful. The other problem I have is the chart colors are all yellow and I can’t tell the categories apart at all. I am a visual person and now with all the categories being the same color, it makes it pretty much impossible to understand the data in a visual way. It negates the whole point of a pie chart. I look at it and all the colors blend together to a golden ring. This feature was really important to me and was the determining factor in my husband and I choosing community financial to open a new joint account. Now every time I go to use it I get frustrated, and a tool that used to be very helpful to me is now useless unfortunately. I really wish they had kept the previous version. I will keep my current account with them, as I really love everything else about community financial but I will probably go elsewhere to open a joint account. Having an app that helps track my family’s spending and helps me budget is a priority.

The new update is not easy to follow at all. In the app it gets confusing looking back at transactions. I always labeled each transaction so I know where my money was going and why. The new app removed all of my labeled transactions and now I’m not sure what they went to. I do not like the changes this bank is making. Bring back the old app

The new banking app is a huge upgrade. Easy to manage external accounts, send wire transfers, and useful spending analytics.
