The apps is great is overall but if it can allow user to choose ‘dark mode’, then it will be best.

The content is good but the font size is too small.

Nearly every article you try to read failed to load. It’s extremely frustrating. Now I remember why I deleted the apps a couple of months ago. Except for the headlines you cannot download the article to read. Are you sure your apps have not been sabotaged?

Please fix this problem! I’m keen to learn news from the perspective of China but this problem doesn’t help me at all! Please make sure all the articles that were published in your App works! I’m getting very frustrated because I’ve tried loading it numerous times and it always fails to show articles! Thank you!

Why I can’t load yr articles? Always have message ‘Load Failed’. Also notification notify new reports but when click the app, doesn’t indicate which news is new. Overall poor user experience. Need to improve to match CNN, BBC, CNA

This apps attempt is good but need a lot of improvement. I have log in to my facebook but when I share an article it request my user id and password which I'm willing to allow any attempt to to capture my data. It shouldn't have had happen. Furthermore there are articles say watch video for more information but there isn't any video in the article Please keep up to the standard

It's a good app

非常喜欢这个APP。用它练习听力写作特别好。如果CGTN America 和CGTN Now 可以在中国大陆使用就更好了

iOS 版不能后台播放，不能画中画播放；老版本都可以；建设快速解决；CGTN 内容很好
