Great content but Apple Music won’t play when I airplay a workout to my Apple TV.
Perfect example of when a wonderful idea is supported by half baked product. The app must be improved, or stop promoting it. Integration with Spotify is terrible. Spending MOST of my time in the gym making this thing work??? Seriously??? Do not buy. Not worth it.

Great content but the app very unstable.
The workouts are fantastic, and I envisioned really good results from the programs. However I will not continue past the free trial due to the capabilities of the app. Really not user friendly, the workout scheduling is really bad and you can’t remove a program if you accidentally added a program to begin on a day that you didn’t actually start it on. Now it’s all out of sync. I try to assign a workout to tomorrows date and it still turns up on todays date.
I can’t find the download option for the videos to watch offline.
App randomly logs me out and I can’t log in with my Google account …also says my username is not recognised or don’t have such credentials. I’ve never set a password in the first place and now it’s asking me for a password … can’t change it within the app either since I’ve never had a password. I’ve paid for annual subscription too, please help!
Best fitness app on the market. I’ve subscribed to over 30+ different home workout programs and Caroline’s is a whole new level of training.
I purchased the year outright and I do love Caroline’s workouts. But the app itself just isn’t working correctly. Not sure if it’s because of my timezone or if there’s an error. Firstly I had to start the program a week later to make sure I could follow the training days as the time they’re released is later than the Australian timezone for 6am training. Then the calendar never has the correct workout attached to the day that I put it in, or it doesn’t show a workout at all. Of all the workouts I’ve completed it’s also only said I’ve done 4 which isn’t correct. I’ve been able to cast it and play my own music which is fantastic. But if the calendar and assigning workouts aren’t working, it’s pretty annoying. I have to scroll back up through the list and find what I might be up to as I know I can’t rely on the calendar. Like I said, perhaps it’s all down to the timezone and it goes a bit haywire. Even this morning, after finishing my workout, I assigned the next workout to the next day and when I went back into the calendar, it has a dot on tomorrow’s date but no workout assigned, and then on today’s it’s got the new workout for tomorrow saved. Just doesn’t make sense. And it doesn’t show the workout I completed today! I have tried contacting you through the help desk but it’s been two weeks and I’m yet to hear a response. If these things could be fixed, I’d be happy. Thanks.
Great content; well thought out app and functionality. But please can you release the daily programs according to Timezone/location?? Those of us in AU/NZ have to wait until 12:01 UK time - not suitable if you train in the morning!
