Just thought I’d let you all know how much I love this app so much. I had any problems the head person or someone always helps me right away. I can’t wait to see what’s in store with app in the future.

I love chairseat. I’m a professional and let’s just say. I have used other apps but this one is by far the best one for me. And their customer service is the boom.com. They’re responses are impeccable. Love how they hear their professionals. This app is a must have app for hair stylist, nail tech, barber, makeup artist and so on…

I have tried to get in communication several times with admin from this app regarding my personal email address that I used to create my account exposed on the booking link. I have asked several times how can I change it. There is no option in the app to correct this issue nor deactivate your account. Overall, I think the app definitely needs work in order to be more user friendly and have some of the features that other apps offer. It’s unfortunate that I still have not been helped with any of the issues I have had so far with the application.

I love the Flexibility ChairWatch gives my business. Deposits, Service Add-ons, Appointment reservations, Client Check-in, Sharabilty just to much to say here. Love it!

Despite it being a little behind with some features, I love this app ! That is not really a major issue to me because I know this is a new company and app. I can say that the Customer Service representatives are very helpful and respond quickly ! One individual helped me while I was setting up my site at 1am ! At the moment, I am very satisfied and I cannot wait for future updates and features 💗 !
