Chaldal: Online Grocery

আমার ব্যবহার করা সবচেয়ে আনপ্রফেশনাল একটি এপ, এরা কখনোই সময় মত ডেলিভারি দিতে পারেনা। কাস্টমার কেয়ারে কয়েকবার ফোন দিয়ে বাজার বাসায় আনা লাগে, এদের প্রোডাক্ট কোয়ালিটিও খুব জঘন্য, পচা মুরগি দেই এরা।

We always appreciate service of Chaldal and the app is very helpful to communicate and track orders.

Timely delivery is an issue. You increase the price of product that a customer frequently buy. Example- I started buying Tatkini fish for 109 taka and now it is stands with 139 taka. Pls don’t do this.

It gets annoying at times when they keep calling me to take orders whereas I’ve the app to do it myself. Please fix it.

I loved the taste and freshness of the sweet potatoes that i ordered. And the price is amazing and the potato is much sweeter and softer than the dry sweet potatoes in my local market. Highly satisfied with the service and looking forward to more purchases!

Chaldal had been almost there since Covid lockdown in Bangladesh, but there is one flaw that ruins, the overall experience, which is false fabricated over promised under delivered time management for delivery. On their website or their app, they promise a delivery time which they never can fulfill by delivering the goods from the warehouse between the time shown in the order. They always make late deliveries.

They Increase their Delivery Charge Overnight. I really hate this decision.

Order for Dates but not delivered ! None had informed and no notifications also we got! Very pathetic

Ordered around 10:30 on express delivery and got the products around 2 PM. Won’t recommend ever.

Very small eggs, low quality fruits, unable to eat. 😡😡😡
