The idea is quite simple, you select one (or several) challenges and your current level, then the app will give you a weekly goal to achieve.
At the end of each week you will receive a new goal, updated according to your results.
All you have to do is to keep on doing your reps until you reach your weekly goal and, after a lot of work, sweat and determination, mission accomplished!
The available challenges are push-ups, pull-ups, squats and crunches.
