Last year everything worked fine this year the app is not syncing with apple fit tracker this the team has to enter the steps daily

Can't see all messages - if it says 9 I only see 2

App does not link my steps as it says it would

App keeps crashing when I scroll up on leaderboard tab.

The graphics and colors are stuck before the boomers time

I downloaded this app as part of a company competition. It seemed to be working at first, and I was assuming it automatically updated. But because of the rather poor graphics, I have never been entirely sure. And even though I have kept my phone charged and up-to-date and synced, the app has not been properly syncing. That is a bit of a disincentive, but if you’re in a competition just go out there and exercise and worry about all of this accounting stuff later The ChallengeRunner website is also a mess, but that is not directly the apps fault.

The app is not user friendly. Needs better user interface that allows for easier team totals and individual totals for viewing. Apple health sync doesn’t work okay if the time.

My work is using this system to track a steps challenge. The app resolution looks like it’s set for an iPhone 6. It’s not scaled properly for phones made in the last 5 years. There’s no intuitive way to see your ranking on your team, and if you scroll up too far on the leaderboard the app completely crashes.
