I don’t think anyone actually looks at the reports. I’ve put in a couple reports and nothing has been done.

City Chandler App would be way more helpful if you could pay your bill through it. We’ve lived in Chandler for 3.5 years and it’s still not an option. Prior to moving to Chandler lived in Mesa. Mesa’s app has been able to accept payments for at least the last 5 years. Not to mention City of Chandler’s website isn’t cell phone friendly. Time to get with the time Chandler.

I use to really appreciate this app. But now I can no longer log in, and am unable to reset my password. 🥺

After updating iOS recently the app is no longer working. Simply shuts down when you attempt to open, I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change. Feedback submitted to the city several weeks ago.

I found the app helpful, and the city responsive. Should be in all cities.

I reported a burned out pedestrian light, and lack of countdown pedestrian signals. Two days later, I saw on my phone that the request was closed. I took a walk went out to go look at the light, much to my delight all sides of the intersection now has countdown signals and the burned out signal was fixed! Amazing app, and amazing city!!

Works now. Updating to 5 stars.
