Passive account fees
Be aware of scamming! They suddenly changed terms of condition without letting the customer opt in. They apparently send emails and then charge 20€ a month without my knowledge. They took 100€ before I randomly checked the app. I’m a long term holder so I don’t go in much and since we all have massive inflation around the world I wasn’t thinking about investing atm. It’s crazy how many users were scammed. Just look online. 20€ a month just think about how much that is for an app that you are not using every day
Worst Exchange Ever
Highest fees of all, monthly withdrawl limit of 15,000€ and they will keep your money very long. It’s not even possible to send your USDT to another wallet since the fees are always tremendously high. Lost a lot of money changing between transactions, because they now also charge you additional passive fee.
App good, Conditions bad
The App is pretty good and it is very easy to trade, but they suddenly started charging me 20 Euros a month for the wallet which I did not get notified of. Also the change coons I had just disappeared (Value around 60 Euros).
Verlangen viel zu viele Unterlagen, was nicht normales
Ich kann von Change Invest nur abraten, diese Firma verlangt viel zu viele Daten, mehr als die Zentralbank Amerikas, sie schließen Accounts und die Gelder die einem gehören sind futsch. Diese Firma verlangt unfassbar viele Dokumente mehr als alles andere, was es gibt. Daher kann ich nur abraten von dieser Firma.
Telephone number verification does not work
The texted verification code contains 6 digits, but the app accepts only 4 digits. Consequently, it not possible to register as a new user.
Account geschlossen
Man hat mir bitcoin Adressen von Transaktionen gezeigt, an die ich vor Ewigkeiten mal Geld gesendet habe. Natürlich kenne ich die bitcoin Nummern nicht auswendig oder wieso ich da Geld gesendet habe. Daraufhin ist der Account gesperrt worden. Logik nicht vorhanden. Wer weiß das schon noch, vor allem wenn die App nicht mal die Transaktionen in einem Verlauf speichert. Nicht empfehlenswert, wie die mit Kunden umgehen und deren Erwartungen.
Transactions are never correct!
I’ve tried to get my total performance vs loss in a file. First of all you can’t download it yourself and it’s a sketchy person that writes back and sends you an unreadable document with tons of mistakes. This is an ongoing tax nightmare for me. I’m just waiting to take my funds out and be done.

Leider fehlt es der App an Übersicht, Protokoll Führung usw man weiß nicht was man wann wo rein investiert hat wenn man nicht selbst noch Buch führt
