App not working
It has been many months since I last emailed the app support. No response from the support and the app is not working at all. Every time I tried to open the app, it shuts down immediately.

It has been many months since I last emailed the app support. No response from the support and the app is not working at all. Every time I tried to open the app, it shuts down immediately.
I have been using this telco for almost a month now and have not experienced any poor connectivity issues. Even went roaming with it and the experience was very good!
I am writing to express how unacceptable the customer service is. Changi Go had deactivated my SIM without prior notice on change of plan and had charged me $5 for absolutely nothing because of a change in plans. No refund was made and nothing was done on their end. PLEASE DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Extremely poor system Personnel who attended to query was by ~Mr Subash
I download and installed the app on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, upon opening the app, it crashed and exited. I updated my iOS to the latest version, still the same.
Downloaded the app to check for my mobile line. It crashes every time when I click on the “Mobile”. It used to work but after the app upgrade, it crashed. Feedback to customer service and their technical dept but nothing has been rectified. Only ask me to reinstall the app and it still doesn’t work! Frustrating!
Can’t seem to log out . All In failure mode .

Domestic use is good for the price, however, their roaming service have never satisfied me. I have purchased roaming pack for few times for different destinations but did not work as expected even once. And the customer support is not helpful at all. They keep providing me the same template responses which never resolve the issues. I have wasted a lot of money and time on it. I don’t even want to give a star. Very disappointing. My travel experiences are spoilt every time because of them. I’m changing the provider after this trip.
App with untidy interface and not able to download a copy of invoice!
I changed from singtel. Singtel customer service is very expensive. So I decided to change it. package is cheap but network coverage is poor. I don’t like the service because the App got bugs and charges me roaming service I don’t need and didn’t use. I explained but the company do not want refund me. I will try other companies.
