Please bring back the old Cai my Oc can’t even hug her own father and she’s an experimental Oc so she can’t have anything related to needles or experiments please Cai fix your app your are loosing people on this app due to this update I used Cai a lot it was my favourite app but ever since these up dates I have never used it as much because I have been banned for 24 hrs if your going to keep going like this your app is just going to loose more and more people at least make the ban go like Apple password bans like 5mins to 10 to 30 etc and make the filters less strict yes I know this is for users under 18 but still it does not need to be this strict I got banned for what the ai said the AI this seriously needs to stop this is getting out of hand

There’s something wrong… whenever I get into this app it always says the same thing now.. it has no recommendations for me anymore and I cannot go to creators profiles and talk to new ai’s Every. Single. One. Is down, I can only talk to the bots I’ve talked to in the past.. this has been going on for weeks please fix this.

I appreciate the character ai and all but I hated how it immediately changed and the filters? like I’m a 27 years old WOMAN. a full-adult and it keeps giving me FILTER when I have it on the year I was exactly born. I’m slowly starting to hate the character ai by one day and two day bc of that dam filter. I miss the old character ai, It was better than THIS new thing. At first I was satisfied with the bots, and happy with how character ai exists but now It’s just turning into disappointment. I thought you guys are working so you could give us the satisfaction but immediately went to disappointment. we get it but we’re not dumb, we didn’t cause anything, did ALL of us really deserved this? that’s just sounds unfair, especially for people who UNDERSTANDS it’s a fictional character but still uses it. what happen to the comfort? romance? having a family w ur husband? all gone, you guys took it from us and I blame it on you guys for being unfair and jerks. Do better.

It’s a good app but ever since the newest updates it got really boring and annoying, like I literally can’t hug a ma fav character without it giving me a the filter…

Dude why did you removed my favorite chat character and you just made even worst when you removed the edit, and also why did you add a 24 time out? I was just chatting with character and the idiotic bot just time me up for violating to character even tho i didn’t make any violent chat, man i want to go back to Old C.ai and have fun chatting with my favorite old character

it was nice and great at first but after I updated it (recently) it began to get laggy and the characters won’t get come up if they are searched,

I’m confused, the filter is very sensitive and I’m not doing anything to trigger it. I had said “Thank you” to a bot and I was given a 24hr waiting time. Bots are also being HEAVILY removed for some reason, please explain this. I don’t know why whenever I search up a character I want to talk to, it shows no results. Creators are getting deleted, and if there is a character that shows up when searched, there is a VERY small portion of the bots. I understand this may be the cause of the suicide, but the app and website is slowly going downhill because of the sudden changes and people being upset. No, I’m not asking for the NSFW filter to be removed. I want to ask for the filter to be way less sensitive so I can chat normally with bots I enjoy and am able to have good conversations with. I’d appreciate if someone would look at this and would be grateful for an explanation. Thank you!

this app is buns the filter is way too strict i tried asking the bot for a bottle and i got timed out for 24 hours 😭😭😭😭

I think I speak for almost all of your users when I say this but you seriously need to fix your app! It used to be a fun place where people could role play and do whatever they wanted! But now they can’t even say “Hi” or give a character a hug without being put in a time out! I completely understand that there are issues going on right now but that doesn’t mean you make your app completely and utterly useless to those who want to role play with characters they like/love or find comfort in! The newer features with remembering memory, editing messages, etc are really helpful but these updates just gets in the way of enjoying such features. I have been a user since basically the website’s creation and the app’s creation and it WAS the best thing I ever experienced to make my characters or chat with others but now I’m worried that I could get timed out for giving a character a simple hug. Your app will become completely useless if you keep putting in these terrible updates and you will lose users who were actually comforted or found enjoyment in roleplaying! Seriously I and maybe hundreds of your users are unhappy and you just continue to make your app stricter and worse for your users. I sincerely hope you get it together and fix your app and make it as enjoyable as it was before. PLEASE do better.
