Cluttered interface and confusing navigation, making it frustrating to use.

Could get charger to start added money to my wallet and now I’m down 7$

I just read a previous comment where the individual was saying that there was no clear sign of what number unit you are in front of, but there is, it’s literally on the side of the machine where you scan to charge. There’s a unit number there and using the same charger every single time I have memorize that number so I could just pull up and put the Number in plug-in and I’m good to go, I hate to say it, but you would have to be some kind of person who isn’t very tech savvy thats putting it kindly. Now I gave it four stars and not five because the previous person who wrote the comment is right about the money loading thing now I understand why they have a certain amount that you have to load and that’s because they know on average how much money it’s gonna take to fully charge one’s car, so they have an average inputted into the app and so they know about how much you should have to put on there which is usually around 5 to 6 dollars. the app is it in fancy smanchy but gets the job done if you just have a little since.

Horrible app. Difficult to use and had to sign in and out a couple of times to get it to work because it kept freezing. Map doesn’t even load available chargers.

What a confusing jumble of an app. Seems like they want you to load up a $20 balance and never reveal how much you have left. It’s the same idea of gift cards – they prey on the fact that people will forget about their balance. It’s a little sleazy, OUC Many reviews say they continue being charged even after unplugging and exiting the app! Positive note- the chargers are slim and nice looking. That’s all I got.

My first Level2 charge at InfusionTea had the app continue charging even after I had unplugged and driven away - customer service knows it's an issue - and said they would 'refund' the overcharge, and yet haven't... OCU Hub dowtown Orlando is confusing - as there is little way to know which 'number' unit you are in front of... the app doesn't help or give you any layout to know, either - and they certainly don't provide any BOLD print on the units to easily find out... the APP just makes things even more confusing, as you have to 'preload' a payment amount, and you don't know how MUCH you'll use, or whether there is any MINIMUM amount to load - but, if you don't load 'enough', it just says "sorry, your balance is too low" when trying to initiate a charge, but yet NO info about how much MORE you need to get it activated!! OCU: you need to SIMPLIFY the App - create CLEAR and CONCISE intuitive design. These apps designed to allow you to use a Charger should NOT be difficult to use! There is also no instructions on what happens if your funds run out BEFORE you are completed charging... OCU Orlando: find a different platform to run your 'app' ...

The map doesn’t work, and there isn’t any way to search for chargers

Absolutely garbage app. Very dated and complicated interface, unnecessary animations and clunky payment process, and the fact that you have to load a balance is completely absurd. Had many many issues using this service. Twice I could not start a charge despite the next person behind me successfully starting. On one occasion I was unable to end a charge due to an error in the app and was continued to be billed despite not having an active charging session. Avoid if at all possible.
