Poor Support
I have reported problems with the app on several occasions over a long period; the replies are non empathetic and useless to put it mildly. Typically this is the reply I received: What kind of phone and operating system do you have? When did you download and last update Charity Miles? Are you using the app indoors or outdoors? How frequently are you having this trouble? Charity Miles picks up whatever GPS data your phone sends us. To check your phone's GPS accuracy, can you please open your phone's Maps app and let me know if there's a larger circle radiating around your location dot? The email address associated with your CM account? Seriously, do any of you have the time for this?
