I’ve attempted with my face recognition and also typing in the password (it is correct as I can do this on the internet) and it keeps advising email or password might be wrong. There’s clearly an issue with your app at the moment which means I won’t be making any purchases until this is fixed. Otherwise the app is handy to have, and I prefer it to come beauty apps. There is sometimes an issue with Apple Pay as well - I don’t have this issue on anything else, and have noticed it advises the address is wrong. Again, it’s not as I know my own address 😅 get the app sorted please as we all know you are very popular for sales and I want to have hassle free issues to purchase the good ❤️
