I just want to say I love this game! I’m all alone…ain’t the same! Great way to spend my time Just relaxin. …how sublime!

I cannot play the game without the cancel or login keep popping up. I’ve tried everything even losing all my credits & points by deleting the app & reinstalling. After every game I have you manually close out & restart. Very frustrating!

I have been playing this game for a couple of years now and I have not gotten any power ups, nothing new is happening to the game… it takes for ever to even clear a board. There hasn’t been any updates. Just the same ole boards. I love the game just need improvements

I have played this game for years. But recently the ads have changed and are longer and more frequent than previous ones. I really like this game and hate to quit it, but do something about all these ads

Have played this game for years and love it but the games won’t load anymore

Years ago, I needed something to help me with my mental, I love playing board games and I was over done with candy crush, I found charm king on Apple and have been playing it FOR YEARS until recently I kept getting an error message forcing me to connect it with Facebook, when I attempted to do that, it would kick me out quickly, this happened over and over so I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it and learned that I lost every jewel that I earned over the years! Now I’m starting from board one and after every board I’m seeing ads and I can’t exit the ads! This is really frustrating! I play board games to escape stress and now you’re bringing the stress with irritating ads. I’ve spent plenty of money inside the app, do you really want to lose customers over this?

Great game

Generally the games are fun even though there are small malfunctions. However the game just erased my 10 gold bars. Can that be fixed?
