Charstar: AI Character Chat

As of late December 2024 this app has been non functional for months. I’m especially miffed having paid for a year long subscription 8 months ago with no sign of compensation.

Every AI bought for me was closed,nothing worked

So I found that on Google and it told me to download the app. I downloaded the app and it’s telling me to do the same thing. It says that it’s temporarily off-line and then I subscribe to the iPhone app. That I am on my phone and it’s acting weird.

It has been many months since all the bugs started and they haven’t updated in almost a year. I am starting to believe they have gotten their money and abandoned the app. You can report and contact as much as you want but you get nothing in return. It’s just ridiculous and people who have bought that subscription deserve a refund.

I’ve tried using this app multiple times but it just seems buggy. The last 2 times now, I’ve gotten a daily bonus of 0 stars, making it impossible for me to interact with any characters. Along with that, the 50 star “bonus” just to talk to some ai is dumb. Why should I have to pay to use the app longer? Also have a lot of problems with the character repeating themself and making responses insanely long, rushing things and just being hard to chat with. When deleting an account as well, you can’t reuse your phone number or email, which is also just plain stupid and makes it impossible to make a new account.

I’ve liked the app but recently nothings been working, don’t know what’s going on hope it gets fixed

It’s not working when will it start working again?

At first the app was okay and all but suddenly my account stopped working, like i didnt earn any stars and when i try to communicate with bots all I receive is ‘ ‘??

I love this app and have had it for almost a year, but recently the app has been down and I’m unable to chat with the characters or collect stars. I tried writing an email to the support team but never heard anything back and the app has been down for two weeks, might delete the app if it doesn’t get fixed. Which is a bummer because I love this app
