WORST APP & DEACTIVATING ACCOUNT IS MORE WORST PART OF IT ; LOOKS LIKE TAKING CHANDA FROM EVERYONE NO WAY OF REFUNDING JUST GIVING NEW EXCUSES EVERYTIME . FAILED PRODUCT , QUALITY AND SUPPORT . NO CHANCE OF REFUNDING TRYING SINCE 1 MONTH .

It’s been over 25 days since I made request for refund of security deposit. No answer from their side. Please refrain from using their services.

It was a good experience but the problem was in Newtown almost every docking station were empty we can only find them on morning other than that I had no problem what so ever

I try to close my account they are not refunding minimum balance account

Total waste of ₹300 which are deposited as security. Just NO WAY to take the money out!

It’s not at all satisfactory. I had to rent a bike and when I scanned the QR code in the app it showed me that the bike is unlocked but in real the bike lock lever didn’t pull up and didn’t bother to move even an inch Now in the same app I have a timer going on for a ride that I didn’t even make. And the fare is counting on me . Reference bike number: 97922.

They will not refund your money back

You will never get the refund even after calling them multiple times. Finding a working cycle will be very very hard task and you will not get your money back.

Dont waste your money in this bike it’s just waste of money. I had 300 rupees in my acc and when i try to ride the bike, the seat of the bike was teared and the chain was broken, i locked the bike as it was but then my balance of 300 rupee was utilised and i didn’t even ride the bike. I want my money back. please dont waste your money in this useless bike!

Money laundering system. Looting at it’s prime. App performance is worst. Bikes not maintained. Customer care are not for care, they are like recovery agents. Tracking system and everything is useless. Only they want is money. Deposit and then subscription and then again pay when you ride. It’s scam. Going to register complaint.
